How do you manage screen time for yourself?

As technology is becoming a permanent part of our daily life, it is amusing to imagine how Darwin’s theory on evolution might affect our future selves. If Darwin were alive today, he probably would have wondered, ‘How would humans evolve to adapt to our screen-filled world?
Maybe in the future, people will evolve to meet this new world in the following ways:
1.Built-in Glasses: Our eyes could grow with a built-in screen glare blocker like a natural blue light filter. There goes the glass industry.
- Quick-Focus Eyes: These could adapt to focus instantly so that reading small text or staring at screens for hours would never be a strain.
- Eye Sun Visor: This is an inbuilt visor, somewhat like sunglasses, to block the light from above. Just pull it down when needed and tuck it away when not.
- Memory Data Drive: An in-built memory drive in our brain for storing important information. Forgot your password? Just pull it out from your mental database!
Future humans would be well-prepared to take on-screen stresses without much heat!
