Do you need time?

Time heals our wounds by putting space between us and our hurt and by providing perspective. Time does not erase terrible experiences; it just slowly makes them much easier to live with. As the days and months go by, strong feelings become less strong, and we learn to adjust and move on.

It means that some memories will stay with us; however, as time passes, we will grow stronger and more rigid. We are healed with time.
