What food would you say is your specialty?

I always liked the richness of traditionally prepared food, but ultimately settled for healthier options. Specialty? Flavorful fish curry that combines the richness of spices with the freshness of fish. I can never resist baking fish in the oven when I want to cook something quicker and lighter; simple and satisfying.

While I may cook chicken dishes from time to time, my meals have now become more about vegetables and selected fruits. This balance not only helps with my energy level but also in improving my mood and sleep.

My kitchen is a place of meeting between tradition and health-what most people feel can’t blend well: delicious and healthy together.
