What have you been working on?

Nowadays, I have been working on my peace of mind daily. Amongst the big things that help me is realizing that though we might not be able to change others, we can always change how we respond to any given situation. That freed me from stress and helped me to view life in a more composed and rational way. True peace comes from within through the focus one places on growth and mindset. Through this, I have learned that whether in nature, through gratitude, or through meditation, peace of mind is something that can be nurtured day by day by focusing on what I can control: myself.
