Are there any activities or hobbies you’ve outgrown or lost interest in over time?

Earlier, I used to enjoy hobbies and habits that gave temporary pleasure—like random entertainment, scrolling, or wasting time on things that didn’t add much value to my life.

But slowly, I started losing interest in those activities. Instead, I began enjoying hobbies that give long-term benefits, such as writing, learning music, fitness, and self-improvement.

One significant change I noticed is in dance. In the past, I used to watch dance programs and admire others performing. But now, I’ve started learning dance with the help of an instructor. It feels more meaningful when you stop being just a viewer and become a learner.

I also noticed a change in my mindset when it comes to shopping. Earlier, I used to prefer branded items, thinking they were always better. But now, I like buying locally made products. Supporting local businesses feels more meaningful and gives me a sense of connection to the community.

I think growing older is not really about losing hobbies—it’s more about choosing better ones.
