What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

I work three nights a week—like an owl, wide awake when the world is fast asleep. But on the other days, I rise at 5:30 AM. Those early hours are my quiet treasure.

After my morning hygiene routine, I drink a glass of water, make the bed, and maybe enjoy a cup of tea or coffee—depending on the mood. I then take a few minutes to meditate, sit in silence, and feel a quiet gratitude that I am alive, breathing, and present.

I truly believe—early to bed and early to wake up is a blessing. Not just for the body, but for the soul.

  2. I’m the same. I have two boys on the autism spectrum. Their sleep issues occasionally turn our days upside down. I do not thrive at all awake at night. I love early mornings and feel really blessed waking up to a new day.
