Write about your first computer.

Before 2006, my internet access was limited to internet cafés. Whenever I needed to check emails or browse the web, I had to go to a café, wait for an available computer, and pay for the time I spent online. It was inconvenient, but it was the only option back then.
That changed in 2006 when I bought my first desktop computer. It was a budget-friendly bundle, not very powerful, but it allowed me to go online anytime from home. The internet was slow, and downloads took ages, but I no longer depended on internet cafés.
Over the years, technology has evolved rapidly. Today, everyone at home uses smartphones instead of a single desktop. Computers have become less central, as most online activities can now be done on mobile devices. Despite this shift, I still reserve a space for my computer setup, even though more compact devices have long replaced the bulky desktops.
Looking back, getting my first computer was a significant milestone. It introduced me to the digital world and gave me independence. While technology has changed and smartphones have taken over, I still cherish those early days of exploration, even with the slow internet and limited features.
