What could you do less of?

Life is entirely about habits, both helpful and unhelpful. Reflecting on this prompt has made me realise that even the most minor changes can create enormous opportunities for growth. By identifying areas where I could step back, I can create more space for productivity, peace, and purpose.

1. Overthinking: I often overthink situations involving work decisions or personal growth. Letting go of unnecessary worry could help me focus better and channel my energy into things that truly matter.

2. Procrastinating: I sometimes delay taking action, even on tasks I know will benefit me. By procrastinating less, I can make meaningful progress toward my goals without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.
