Are you more of a night or morning person?

As a morning person, I cherish the fresh moments of the day, waking up at 5:30 AM to enjoy the beauty of nature—the crisp air, the gentle light, and the cheerful songs of the bird singers. This quiet time is sacred to me; it is a chance to focus on myself with a few minutes of meditation, a small prayer, some stretching exercises, and occasionally reading a few pages of a good book. However, working two or three-night shifts in a row often challenges this routine. Night shifts flip my schedule upside down, leaving little room for these cherished morning rituals. Yet, I consciously try to reconnect with this routine on my days off. It’s my way of grounding myself, even amidst the demands of a shifting schedule.”
