How often do you walk or run?

I walk as much as possible, whether for leisure or as part of my daily routine. Walking offers me a chance to slow down, observe, and reflect. It’s about reaching my destination and embracing the journey itself.
When it comes to transportation, my choices depend on the situation. For instance, while I’m on vacation in India, public transport is far more efficient than private vehicles. The accessibility of buses and trains makes it incredibly convenient to get around, and it’s a great way to immerse myself in the local culture. I also enjoy the short walks to and from stops, which give me even more opportunities to stretch my legs and soak in my surroundings.
Walking not only keeps me physically active but also helps clear my mind. The moments between catching public transport or simply exploring new places have become valuable for reflection and mental clarity. And by choosing to use public transport whenever possible, I feel good knowing I’m contributing to reducing my carbon footprint—a small but meaningful step toward sustainability.
Walking has become more than just a mode of movement for me; it’s a way of living.
